Live feed but no recordings

I have not had an alert or recording for over a month.   The live feed works find.   Any solutions because I don't want to hard reset as it takes a long time.

WHen live viewing, can you manually record? Have you checked your subscription status as the initial trial sub may have expired? Have you checked your active mode and the rule for the doorbell?
