I was just billed a monthly fee of $7.99. The number shown on my credit card billing statement is Netgear, and there is no option for Arlo support. I don't know who to call or contact, and I 've tried everything I can think of. Any ideas? Thanks!

You are entitled to phone support if you have a subscription. Don't google for a number, that generally will lead to a scam support site.
It's available from 6 am to 6 pm US Pacific time.
If you are thinking that you want to drop the subscription, you should know that cloud recordings and activity zones both require one.
