Is this Arlo Doorbell camera a fake? I bought it off a website called Mercari because it was cheaper than the one I purchased at BestBuys. I can't get the screws off of the cheaper doorbell camera without stripping them. I've tried several screwdrivers and none of them work. If I can't get the screws off the device, then I can't hook it up to my doorbell. I had no problems getting the screws off the device I bought at BestBuys. Also the cheaper one has all this writing on the back of the device. My old one doesn't have all this writing and other official dealers don't have this writing on the back of their device either, so it makes me question the authenticity of this AVD1001 wired doorbell camera. Can anyone tell me if this device is genuine Arlo and not counterfeit or aftermarket, and does anyone have any idea how to get these screws off without stripping them? A picture is attached for reference.

Shoney1,

I encourage you to reach out to the original seller to verify if this is a genuine Arlo product. If you believe it is not, I encourage you to seek a refund and purchase a genuine Arlo product from a reputable seller, such as Best Buy.
