My wireless video doorbell set up beautifully, without a single bobble.
Then I got the Hub and Ultra cameras. They installed easily as well.
"Say!" I thought to myself. "I should connect the doorbell to the Hub!"
And the darned doorbell hasn't worked since. I've gone so far as to remove the doorbell from the app, reset the device....nothing. The hub never found it.

After it wouldn't connect with the hub, I decided to hook it back up with WiFi. It was so easy the first time, right?

Well, friends, now it never reads the QR code on my phone after I insert the battery. I did everything to get that success tone that was suggested on the support page. NOTHING.

I'm feeling a little irritated--more at myself than the doorbell. If I'd just left it alone....

Any suggestions, thoughts, comments are appreciated.

On the third day....

I decided to try it again. Installationn went through the first time, no issues whatsoever.

Sometimes, I think the key to electronics is letting the piece sit for a while and think about what it's done.

Yes, I performed a full factory reset. Incidentally, this is a duplicate post since I'd chosen the wrong doorbell sku. This IS an AVD2001.
