We recently installed a wired doorbell. Signed up with my wife's email (Email A). The app and doorbell work fine on Phone A.

But when I tried to log into the app with Email A on Phone B, it kicked my wife out on her phone (Phone A). So I read elsewhere that I need to sign up separately and be added as a user.

So, we did that with my Email B. Signed up through the invite link, and set up Email B, all correct.

When I login to the app with on Phone B with Email B, nothing happened. It's as though the app think it's setting up a completely new account and hardware. No indication that I'm being prompted to connect to our doorbell.

On Phone A Email A, the app lists me "Email B" as a pending invite.

What am I missing? Where's the disconnect? What next steps do I need to take? TIA

wrighteous,

Be sure you're following the instructions as they are in the following KB: https://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-accounthttps://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account

After selecting which cameras you want to share, sign in to an existing account or create a new account using the link provided in the email. If you're having trouble with the link in the email, try using a PC to accept the link.

Thanks. I got it to work.

Accepted the invite on a desktop instead of my phone. The Arlo app then suddenly came to life with our doorbell.

Weird, you'd think that doing this on mobile would be the first instinct for most people.
