Just installed this doorbell with ease. The box and emails I get say the video doorbell comes with a 3 month trial subscription of Arlo Smart. No idea how to redeem/start this. When I go to subscriptions under my account, it just looks like it will start billing me immediately. Video recording under settings is currently "grayed out", so it obviously hasn't started automatically.
There is no code or interaction on your part to start the free trial. When the doorbell is installed, the trial applies to your account automatically. If this did not occur, please contact the support team to further investigate this issue: Arlo Support Team
