We have several video doorbells at various properties. The devices are shared out to different people. For some people we don't want them receiving a call on their phone when someone rings the video doorbells. On all of the doorbell devices, under the People setting, the "Audio and Video Doorbell Calls" is toggled to the Off position, yet they are still receiving calls on their phone when the doorbell is activated.

 

Nothing has changed on our end. Is it possible a recent app update broke this setting?

Thank you for bringing this up, The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports of this behavior. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.

Unfortunately, it is still calling phone when it shouldn't be
