I cannot set up my Arlo AVD2001

We need all details. What have you tried and what do you see? Are you trying to connect to your WiFi or to a hub? Is the battery charged (takes ~6 hours or so)?

I have tried walking through the Arlo setup for adding a doorbell & chimes.  I have the Essential video doorbell wire-free.  It was installed for a few years and worked for a long time before it just stopped.  It was erased from my devices

i took it  mounting plate and removed the doorbell, and recharged the battery.  I scanned the QR code (it was found) and tried to connect to WiFi as well as connecting to the base station.  For the WiFi, I inserted the battery into the doorbell, but when I held the QR code in front of the Arlo doorbell, there was no success tone.  Support by chat was very frustrating.

I just read one of your other articles and followed the instructions you provided.  I now have my front doorbell
