We switched ISP’s. Not realizing that this was going to effect anything with our Arlo I pROGRAMED the new ISP TO the wired Arlo Avd1001. The internet is under my name and I am thinking no problem. I set up arlo and I used my name.
Well here lies the problem. Under the old ISP (Att) my wife set
It up under her name and did one better, she purchased a subscription. Well I need to put this arlo with the new ISP under her name because the subscription doesn't work with mine

Correct, you'll need to remove the doorbell from your account, and re-onboard it to hers. Then likely re-share the camera to your Arlo account.
There's no need to change over your ISP. It can remain in your name.
