I have an existing arlo account for our cottage, I just got a new camera and wired door bell for our home. I cannot get the doorbell connected to the wifi. It is a new product, but I cant find a way to talk to a customer support because of my existing devices. Nothing has helped working through troubleshooting from the website. Please help me talk or email with someone that can help.

What camera did you buy? If a newer one (newer than the Pro 2) you would have a trial subscription which would allow you to use Settings, Support to talk to someone. If you haven't set that camera up yet, do so now.
As for the doorbell, tell us about your WiFi setup. Mesh or regular router? Same SSID for both bands or separated? Have you tested the voltage at the doorbell to make sure it's within specs (16-24VAC)? The doorbell has an internal battery that may be discharged - hook it up and let it charge for maybe an hour and try again. You can also try the reset procedure:
