I have Arlo Doorbell connected to Base station VMB4540 but it wouldn’t save motion video as do not want to continue cloud subscription.
Kindly help me with this. I have plug in usb storage and I have not able to view short clip via phone.

2 things:
1) is the doorbell connected to your WiFi or to the hub? It has to be the hub to record locally.
2) do you use Library to view videos or Feed? Fo Library, there should be a select at the top to choose between cloud and your hub - choose the hub. For Feed, use Settings, Home, Devices, your hub, Storage Settings - the local recordings will be there.
