Grey screen video calls

I’m sure this has been asked before, but I have the wired video doorbell and any time someone clicks the button to ring it, I receive the call on my end but no video. The only thing that shows up when I answer is a grey screen with a spinning circle. Live view and alerts outside of calls are fine. Has there been a fix to this yet?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
