My old doorbell would record 24/7. I replaced it and now my doorbell does not record between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. What????
I’ve had two thefts at night that are not recorded. Why??
i have a subscription and my library has all kinds of videos during the daytime.
i cannot find a setting anywhere that indicates time restrictions for recordings.
not very happy with this system. It’s been one thing after another…

Is the doorbell in the "armed" mode?

The base station is armed but I cannot find an option to “arm” the doorbell.

Is the doorbell connected to the the base? Or is it connected to your home wifi?

It is paired with the base station.
my first one was on my Wifi and recorded all hours.
this one appears to be under or paired with the base station.

Then if the base station is armed, the doorbell should be also. Check the camera rules.

I added a mode for the doorbell cam since there wasn’t one. Will hopefully solve the problem. Thanks!
