Yesterday a neighbor kid messed with our video doorbell. We were not home but watched it happen on the video. The live feed suddenly went down for a few seconds then the picture looked rounded like a fish eye view. How do we get it back to the original view? We have tried changing the view area through the app but nothing seems to fix it. Here are pictures of before with the “normal” view then the after with the “fish eye” view.
Thank you!

FWIW, virtually all current Arlo products have a fisheye-style lens. That's how you get such a wide angle view without expensive optics.

Note in your first image the fisheye view is present and especially noticeable on the left side. The "after" picture shows a much wider angle view. By any chance was the doorbell previously set to be zoomed in when viewing the Video Settings? What is the resolution set to? Have you tried rebooting it or power cycling it (remove battery for the wireless doorbell or remove power for a wired version)?

Restarted it, powered off and back on. Then was able to adjust zoom view settings. Which we had tried adjusting the view settings yesterday but it didn’t work until powered off and back on.
