Arlo is offline and the issue appears to be the power kit. The kit has an o and x setting. It is set on the o setting and has worked fine for the last 3 years. What are the o and x settings for?

"x" is a bypass mode. When set to "x" the chime will not ring when the doorbell is pressed. It doesn't affect the doorbell itself, it only prevents the chime from ringing.

Does the chime ring when you press the doorbell?
Did you try turning off power to the doorbell for about 15 minutes, and then restoring it? (Use the circuit breaker that provides power to the transformer).
