A courier visited to my house and left a parcel on the floor of front door but the doorbell fail to detect any motion. The doorbell still worked properly when a neighbour passed by the front door 15min before the courier came. It’s on a subscription, the firmware is up-to-dated, battery is charged, camera is armed and sensitive level is 80, I am wondering why the cam failed to detect the visitor in front of the cam itself.
Have anyone experienced the same? what is the solution?
Thank you.

There could be a variety of reasons including things like motion straight at the camera rather than side to side and/or slow movements. However, I do find that every once in a while I need to reboot my hub that the doorbell is connected to so motion is detected. No idea why. If yours is connected to your WiFi, use the camera's settings to restart it.
