I found the doorbell have no response for few days, tried to reconnect but no keep no response. So I decided to reset it but it can only connect to wifi

but cannot connect to my smart hub , tried more then 10 times ,all failed.

 

I have followed all

instructions on the app, connecting WiFi for checking updates then connect to smart hub, but failed in searching device part. 

( all others devices run normally, no connection problem)

 

which part getting wrong 😞 ?

Tried del and reset all, from smart hub to all cam and doorbell, ONLY DOORBELL failed to connect to smart hub, can’t figure out which part error. Please help.

Are you still experiencing this symptom? I see you have a AVD2001 currently onboarded to your account.

Yes, it currently connected via wifi, but still no way to my smarthub.

There should be an option to choose and connect to either a base station/Smart Hub or directly to your network when onboarding the device, But to find this option, you will have to remove and re-onboard the device. 

 

In the meantime, I have escalated your case & someone from support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.
