Hello, I have ordered the Arlo Home Security kit, which should consist of

1x Arlo chime 

1x Arlo essential 2K outdoor security camera 

1x Arlo HD Wireless Video doorbell 

all for £99.00 GB 

also included a free gift of a summer beach bag 

I have not received the 1x Arlo essential 2K outdoor security camera or the Free gift of the beach bag.

I have tried the chat bot but its useless and you don't have a customer support call number to speak to a real person.
