Video freezes on my IPhone and IPad but the video indicator keeps on operating

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.

Just purchased, iPhone freezes with open connection to door bell when answered. Only way to unlock is removing battery from door bell
