Doorbell offline after storm

My doorbell camera went off line after a storm in the area. Many peoples Wi-Fi went out during that time. I have not been able to get my camera back online. I have followed the community posts about scanning the QR code, resetting my camera, and nothing is working. I tried getting in touch with support but no luck. I’m never buying an Arlo device again. Until I can replace it I’d like to try to get this one working if I can. Any advice would be welcome.

All details are needed. What have you tried (exactly) and what do you see? Did you follow this procedure?

Note that part of resetting the doorbell includes removing it from your account before you can add it again.
