My door bell worked perfectly until the wi-fi address was split 2.4. /5.0 how do I tell which wi-fi supply is connected to the door bell because the the bell push base station and I phone no longer talk to each other

The doorbell only connects on 2.4 ghz. It has no 5 ghz radio.

I don't understand what "bell push base station" means...
Is the doorbell connected to an Arlo base/hub? Or is it connected to your home wifi?
Also, did you get a new router? Or just change your wifi network?
