Doorbell not recording anymore

  • I thought you only need paid subscription if more than 6 cameras. All my arlo 2 cameras record free to the  cloud/library.  If I go to the doorbell settings where it says once motion detection is detected, than what? It wont let me choose record

No.  All newer camera models (starting with the Ultra in 2018) require a subscription to get any cloud storage.  That includes the video doorbells.

 

Plus the free 7-day cloud storage you have with the older cameras will end soon - either 1 April 2023 or 1 January 2024 (depending on what cameras you have).
