Hi guys! Just purchased the video doorbell. Installation was a breeze but now we are stuck at the firmware update not going through. The chime works but no video. Sigh. Anything to do to fix this issue.
Try rebooting the doorbell via Settings, My Devices, your doorbell, Restart. If that doesn't help, try turning power off and back on to the doorbell. Finally, if nothing else works, remove the doorbell from your account and add it again. You may need to perform the reset procedure to complete this process.
Any success? I installed mine today, it started pretty succesful and then suggested it required 5 minutes to update the firmware. This is now hours ago. Doorbell blinks slowly continiously and chime rings when button is pushed. Some noise from the doorbell after that. But it doesnt come online.
