Is there an attachment to angle the doorbell so it’s not facing the wall?

How big an angle are you talking about?

Maybe 45 degrees

There is an angled mounting wedge that comes with the Arlo Video Doorbell that may fit your needs. Take a look here: How do I use the angled mounting wedge that came with my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell?

Obviously try the Arlo wedge that is included first.

If that isn't enough tilt, Wasserstein also sells adjustable wedge mounts that can be set up to 55 degrees.  If you go with them, make sure you get the correct one for your doorbell.

I haven't used either, so this is just a suggestion you could follow up on - not a recommendation.
