Hi. The chime stop working but the camera was working fine. I re-set the camera but now I got the solid white lights, but when I press the button to start the sync, is not working. I press the button and is not flashing, and aI don't feel the action of the button. I believe it's a hardware, not a software issue. is there a way to test the button? Does anyone have a similar situation?

Have you tried the reset procedure by pressing the little hidden button on the back for >10 seconds? Be sure you've also removed it from Settings, My Devices.
