I did not connect the power to the chime box because i have constant power at the doorbell, but when I ring the doorbell, the chimebox buzzes for about 1 - 2 seconds and then stops.  The video also comes up as a green blank screen.  anybody else experience this and does anyone know how to fix this?

Normally the buzzing is because you need the power kit.

 

Not sure what you mean by "constant power at the doorbell".

Does it do this when

  1. you press the doorbell and receive a call
  2. you livestream the doorbell camera in the app
  3. you review a video in the library?

1 only, but I have since removed and readded the camera and looks like both problems have been solved.
