Video doorbell is not ringing my phone?

I just added a door bell the moment I added my wife and granted access when you press the door bell it rings on her phone and not mine - we both have admin rights- rang on mine until I added her

Did you accidentally turn on silent mode within the Doorbell settings?

 

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed on both devices?
