We installed this to replace an older model from a competitor   The Arlo worked okay for just over one year and then failed to continue working   I’ve followed all the directions for resetting it, removing it, restoring it, etc as prompted by Arlo    Nothing works!  Very frustrated with this product!!!!!!! Guess we will be again shopping for a new one after I check my warranties that I have  that might cover this very poor quality product   Won’t be buying or recommending Arlo to anyone!

Are you still experiencing this issue? I see a doorbell is currently online and active. Is this the camera you were having an issue with?
