Doorbell Chime seting on Phone and website differ and my arlo chime does not work.

I have an Arlo audio doorbell and an Arlo chime. I don not have a wired traditional chime. They worked together for a couple of years, Some time ago the chime stopped ringing - may be when I changed the batteries in the Bell.
When I look at my phone the Chime and Doorbell are paired and I can select my melody in the Bell settings.
When I look at my web page the bell is set to Traditional and the Chime is greyed out. I have removed and reinstalled both devices a number of times Bell installed first chime second and still get the same result. Everything is connected through the base station. - any suggestions?
