Hi just purchased Arlo video doorbell I hardwired it and now the doorbell just buzzes. Replaced transformer check voltage is in check Firmware all OK need some help seeing what to do next thank you

The wired Arlo doorbell comes with a power kit that needs to be installed in the chime.
