Hi, 

We lost power a couple of weeks ago, once the power was restored, our device never came back on line. I have checked the power source with a multi meter as it is a wired door bell, and there is power there so I'm unclear as to why my device will not turn back on. I have attempted to contact Arlo multiple times and I have yet to speak with any one. Any tips or advice?

Same exact issue. Our power outage was just yesterday. The video doorbell won't power back up. I'll wait for warmer weather (we're in MN) before doing anything other than complaining, though. 🙄

That’s what I did also and still nothing they told me to reset it with the tiny button on the back i between the screws for 15 seconds and see if that’s works ( it did not) them He told me to have an electrician come out to make sure it wasn’t a wiring issue 🤨 which cost almost as much as a new camera but now I’m in the processes of having it replaced in warranty.
