Arlo Essential Wired Doorbell stops detecting motion

I’ve noticed my doorbell not detecting delivery’s or packages or people. I have reset it numerous times and it would work for a day or so then stop detecting. It’s like it goes to sleep and doesn’t wake upon movement. I have spent hours trying to talk to Arlo but they just want to take me through all of the same troubleshooting stuff I’ve already done. This morning I approached it 3 times and was literally standing 1’ from it and it didn’t detect anything.
