Hi Everyone,
When someone rings my doorbell, I only see the top half of the screen (the roof and the sky) but the important part is grey/static like in the screenshot attached.
During livestream, I see the whole screen.
Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution to it?

Have you tried rebooting the doorbell and test this again?
