Is there a legitimate customer service number to help me figure out how to reconnect our vide doorbell to the internet? We’ve followed all of the suggestions Arlo linked us to and still can’t fix the problem.

Do you have a subscription which is required to talk to official support? Use the app to go to Settings, Support to choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts and select an option.
