I have been trying to speak to someone on the phone for two months about my subscription. Every month I enter my credit card information and save it. The very next month my subscription is canceled because my payment is missing. I am beyond frustrated!!! I wish I had gone with blink or ring! At least I can get someone on the phone there!!!!

The development team is reviewing reports of this behavior and has said this is due to the expiration date being met for the credit card being used. If the expiration date on file is met, the credit card information will need to be renewed before the payment can be processed.

So they still haven't solved it—almost a year after my issues, where they made me take the hit and forced me into a new, more expensive subscription for the same service, even though the problem clearly seemed to be on their side.
Now I see that the subscription fee has increased again, despite their promises less than six months ago that no further adjustments were planned.
I feel bad for the customers still caught in their net, but I’m very glad I canceled my subscription when I realized that Arlo always makes the customer take the hit, even when they are at fault. With this latest price increase, my investment in Eufy will pay off even faster than if I had stayed with them.
