We bought the chime 2 to go with our Arlo doorbell. However there is usually a 2 min delay between when the doorbell is pressed and when the chime rings. There is no delay on our phone however. Any idea how to fix this?

I'd start by removing and reconnecting the chime. It may also be useful to do the same for the doorbell.
