Garbage. Deceptively advertising that you can store and keep videos without the subscription. This is a LIE. Tech support was useless despite the false advertising. Thank god Home Depot has a good return policy. I won’t be purchasing any products from this company in the future.

While an Arlo Smart subscription is required for content to be saved to the cloud library, if your doorbell is synced to a supported base station/SmartHub, local storage options are available for Arlo Video Doorbell.
