Cannot set to record video with no notifications or siren

I tried to create a custom mode to simply record video and disable notifications. When I do this, it checks off "siren," when I check off "record video" instead it forces me to choose either e-mail notifications or push- if I de-select both I the "save" option grays out and can't be clicked.

iOS or Android? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? It might be worthwhile to reboot the base/hub, too.
