Cannot change rule to record with motion on video door bell

It will not let me change rule on video door bell to record when there is motion. It only lets you choose, do nothing or sound alarm with motion detected. I try to tap on the box to select but it won’t let me.

Do you have an active Arlo Smart plan for your doorbell? If so, check Settings > Subscription > to make sure the doorbell is participating in your Arlo Smart plan.
