Is there any other way to pair my video doorbell besides the guide I Arlo app??

The doorbell can’t read the QR code on my phone (i get no beep).

The doorbell?  Or the packaging?

It is not just you. My Arlo doorbell can't never get connected every time I change my Wifi network SSID. The way Arlo provides to pair via mobile app WITHOUT alternative is the so dumb.

In addtion, with the subscription price increase, I have canceled my plan and switched entirely to Unifi products. A big investment up front but it's gonna last longer than what Arlo can provide. I am rock solid with 5 security cameras around the house and will be adding the new Unifi doorbell in the next few days

First question is why you're changing your SSID. A new router can use the old SSID and password so that's the only thing to change rather than going from device to device to connect to the new default. It's so much easier to keep the old WiFi configuration than to change for no real reason.

The second question is whether you've explored changing the WiFi connection in the doorbell's settings. Near the top is a section called WiFi Network with an arrow on the right. Click on that and then use the Change Network selection at the bottom.
