Can't get live stream

Arlo ADV1001 Essential Wired Video Doorbell
I've had this less than a month and, while the video quality is excellent, I keep losing the ability to get live streams of the doorbell or access any of the "notifications" that pop up. No point in getting a notification if you can't see what it is. This has happened twice and I'm not happy at all with the fact that there is no real support for this product. Might as well not have a "smart" doorbell if it can't do anything. I'm widowed and live alone and this piece of technology is very important to me. Right now, I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase.

Is the app
- showing the doorbell as offline?
- hanging when you start a livestream?
- giving you an error?
If (3), what error is it giving you?

When you open the app, are you seeing recordings that match the time that the notification was send?
Also, can you confirm that the doorbell has a subscription? (likely the trial subscription). You won't get any recordings if the subscription has lapsed.

Multiple issues - going offline also. After trying to get it to work properly and having this issue before, I've decided to return it. I'm widowed and live alone and security is a big issue for me so having ongoing issues isn't good. Thanks for your suggestions though.
