I installed my doorbell, and had it running for weeks. Worked great. Then I got faster internet, and my wifi changed. I can’t get it to connect. I’ve tried starting from fresh, resetting the thing. Nothing works. Why is there not an 800 number to call? The chat thing sucks.

The easiest thing to do with new WiFi is to change the SSID and password for your WiFi to the old settings. Reconnection should then be automatic.
Support is available in Settings, Support IF you have a subscription of any kind (trial or paid).

Also, make sure the new router's wifi is set to use WPA2 (AES).
