Bought this Wired Video Doorbell last week .. set it up pretty much trouble free, and used it until today .. when it stopped working. Message (on my app) tells me it's not connected to my Wifi. FYI: Nothing wrong with my wifi! Then I find myself kicked out of the app .. and when I try to sign back in, I get a message "there is a problem" , and to try again later .. I am beyond frustrated and perplexed.

Try rebooting your phone and reinstall the app. Also try a web browser to see if you get the same message. Check your router to see if the doorbell has an IP address. You may want to reboot the router as well as remove power from the doorbell and turn it back on.
