When someone rings the bell, the incoming call is notified on the phone, rings on my watch but I am unable to answer the call on the phone.
If I click the answer button on my watch, nothing happens on the phone.
If I click on the notification on the phone, nothing happens.
The call only stops when I press the hang-up button on the phone multiple times (at least 3 times. sometimes way more)

I have tried uninstalling the app and installing it back but got no luck.

Which version of the app are you using? the latest is v4.5

Which phone/watch model are you using?

Hello we used latest version Arlo 4.5 and using iPhone 13 and 14pro,both device has a problem.tnx

Okay, to make sure I am understanding correctly, if you go out and press your doorbell right now, it will ring your phones, but you physically can not slide the answer call button?

Are you a granted access user? Does the screen load but it is grey?

Yes screen is grey,no video no audio.
