Could you tell me if it is possible to make an "open lock" button in the app that could send, for example, some custom "http" PUT/POST request command?

This isn't a feature within the Arlo mobile app. While it may be possible in the future, this isn't something that is on the road map. I encourage you to post your idea in the Arlo Idea Exchange here: Arlo Idea Exchange
