No video/gray screen

My Arlo Video Doorbell worked fine for 1 day after install and then the visual went gray. It keeps detecting the motions from vehicles and people but the recording and live view is all gray.

The doorbell is directly wired up to a 16v 10va transformer. My house used to have a chime but it’s no longer wired in.

Thanks for the reply. It’s connected to a base. I ended up just removing the device and reinstalling it to the app and it fixed the problem. I’ll update this if it goes down again after 1 day of use.

Try turning the power off and back on. How is the doorbell connected - direct to WiFi or to a base or hub? You can remove and resync the doorbell to see if that helps.
