Hi.

 

I have the Arlo Video Doorbell (Wired) and after tvOS 15.5 it only shows black screen when the door ringes. The Arlo Secure App works, but just black screen on Apple TV. (Apple HomeKit)

 

Has anyone else the same problem 😞

Have you tried rebooting your Apple TV box? Do the other cameras connected to your Home app display properly when motion is detected? Have you tried switching the camera off/on in the Apple TV settings?

How did you solve the issue?

 

I've restarted my Apple TV, Arlo SmartHub, and turned each camera on and off on the Apple TV to no avail.

 

Arlo works in the Home App of all of my other Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook).

Can you try these steps I provided in a previous post here:

 

"Have you tried rebooting your Apple TV box? Do the other cameras connected to your Home app display properly when motion is detected? Have you tried switching the camera off/on in the Apple TV settings?"

 

Can you also update to TV OS version 15.5.1
