 I can't retrieve my videos from my Doorbell that are on my 4550 security base U. SB stick. This.

 Happens intermittently. I know the videos. are there, I just can't access them from my Samsung phone. It seems to work for a few days and then I lose the ability to view them. Sometimes rebooting my phone rebooting the Arlo security base works, but not always. Any suggestions?

You may need to format the USB drive. Here is the steps to do so:
