Verification problems with video doorbell gen 2

I’ve been using a video doorbell 2nd gen for over a year

with my Samsung s25 phone.

I recently had to reinstall your app on the same phone that I’ve

been using.  When I open the app, I get a message

that it doesn’t recognize my phone and it is sending

a push verification to my doorbell, but it times out and

nothing happens. When I send it to my email and enter

the code, I get a message that something went wrong.

Can someone tell me what’s going on?
