The door bell was professional installed by an electrician in Nov. 2020. It only worked during the trial period, it hardly worked. I can not rely that it will ring or show the area. I had it re programmed and three times already. Last night I was expecting company and for sure the door bell did not work so after 10 min. they had to call me to make sure I am home.
This is a treble product. For sure it's not worth the money I spend for it. I got this for security and peace of mind and I feel that it is not reliable for either.
I guess I have to pay for the services that I do not need and want in order to have it work. I would like to have my money back since it is not working. I did not spend all that money to have something work for only few months.
Just to be sure I checked the connections and I recently up graded my internet router and speed is more than necessary.

I am reaching out here because I have already tried all the other ways. I have done the reboothing by removing the the door bell, down loaded the upgraded app., etc....... I am reaching out as my last resort. This has not been helpful at all it's like going on the website that keeps redundantly, refer you to the same trouble shoot.

Are you using a mechanical chime?
Have you tried livestreaming from the doorbell? Does that work reliable?
